Kennedy FitzGerald Architects were appointed as lead architect for 3 new Tertiary Education campuses in Armagh, Craigavon and Banbridge.

The range of educational facilities include vocational training such as IT, Art, E-Learning, Hairdressing and Beauty, Sound/Audio, Catering and Science Laboratories, with each building providing reception, administration, meeting and student areas.  The new buildings also include specialised departments for construction training. This provides training for careers such as Plumbing, Bricklaying, Painting, Motor Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.  

The completed facilities in Armagh and Banbridge were delivered to BIM Level 2 and each achieved the BREEAM “Excellent” rating. The project to deliver the new college in Craigavon is ongoing.
