Scoil Chormaic Community National School was developed as part of a shared Campus with Bremore Educate Together Secondary School. The site sits prominently above the road leading into Ballybriggan from the motorway, at the crest of a hill, providing sweeping views out over Ballybriggan and to the Atlantic.

Scoil Chormaic Community National School is a 24 class Primary School, with a central courtyard bringing light into the plan. The school includes a General Purpose Hall, 24 classes, and a 2 classroom Special Needs Unit. Play area is provided in the courtyard, to the south of the site and ballcourts to the west. All classrooms and corridors are arranged to obtain maximum natural light, and a considered use of colour internally, gives a unique energy to the school.
