Kennedy FitzGerald Architects were appointed as Lead Consultant responsible for the delivery of key infrastructure developments on behalf of Translink.

A wide range of projects were secured through this framework appointment, including the design of a number of new train stations, the multiphase refurbishment of Coleraine Integrated bus and rail station and several phases of infrastructure installations to prepare for the delivery of Translink’s g zero emission bus fleet. Other projects include six new park and ride centres, the installation of new future ticketing Systems, bus station safety upgrades across 50 sites and platform lighting improvement schemes to 46 train stations across Northern Ireland.

The implementation and completion of these key engineering projects enable Translink to deliver upon their strategic development plan for their  buses, trains, and buildings to be Net Zero by 2040.
