Situated in the heart of Belfast’s historic commercial port, Clarendon Dock has been redeveloped over the past decade to provide a mix of new commercial and residential accommodation.

Pilot Point is a new four-storey office development built in brick with an apartment on the top floor.  It has been designed to relate to the quayside and the prominent corner situation. The three floors of office accommodation, providing 450msq on each floor, were planned to maximise lettable floor space allowing the tenant full flexibility in fit-out options.

The curtain walling of the bay overlooking the dock is accentuated with exposed circular steel columns. Full height glazing is also used to wrap around the corner of the building and is continued up to the apartment forming a lantern light or beacon to the area.
